DoD Boarding

DoD Boarding is Indoboarding

So what is it? Basically you stand on a board which is on an unattached roller, then you attempt to balance on it. Once you can balance well enough you can perform tricks i.e. 180's, pop shove its, grabs etc. (in fact most skateboard and surf tricks)

As well as having fun on DoD Boards, they are also good for your core stability, which will improve your balance and core strength for all sports.

Eagles may soar, but mentalists don't get sucked into jet engines.
